Day 133: New Obsession
So at the start of the year I tried my hand at a new diet. The Keto Diet to be exact. This is a high fat, moderate protein and very low carb diet. However it is healthy fats and not just smothering everything in butter! Before I started this I had some issues with my digestion. If I had too much dairy or bread my stomach would be in agony. Well I lasted a good while on keto before my health concerns made me think stuff it! I have noticed since then my digestion seem to be better and I can eat anything now without my stomach wanting to kill me. One of my new obsessions is definitely Yazoo. I seem to have become obsessed with milk recently and can’t stop drinking milkshakes.
When I do go back to keto, I am certainly going to miss this drink!
